Research

I am an evolutionary geneticist focused on questions related to adaptation, speciation, and gene regulatory evolution. We synthesize population genetic, systems biology, and statistical genomics approaches to address fundamental questions in evolutionary biology. Our research involves diverse systems but focuses on house mice and other rodents.
