Carrie Wessinger receives NIH NRSA Fellowship

Congratulations to Dr. Carrie Wessinger for receiving a three-year postdoctoral fellowship from the National Institutes of Health. The Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) fellowship allows Carrie to continue her work on flower developmental genetics in the emerging model species, Penstemon. Carrie is a postdoctoral researcher in Lena Hileman's lab, co-mentored on the NRSA by John Kelly.
